Cuban Blockade Puzzle
On April 21, 1898, four days after the United States declared war on Spain, President William McKinley ordered the Navy Department to blockade the north coast of Cuba. Later, a second blockade was sent to the southern Bay of Santiago, which became a key theater of war. In this puzzle, the pellets represent the U.S. Navy. Players are invited to dock in the Cuban bays while avoiding falling on Spanish mines.
